When you need to make a customer service request, you may contact us either by telephone or email.
For normal priority requests, we would prefer that you contact us by email. Please be sure to include your own contact information and a summary of the request you are making. By contacting us this way, we have the opportunity to research your question in advance, and can be ready with good options when we contact you back. This will save you valuable time, as we will hopefully have the solution for you as soon as we contact you.
For high priority requests, which means your system is non-operational, we will move your problem to the top of our support list, and will give it our highest priority. Normal priority requests will be addressed within a half a business day.
